We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders.
Orders from the UK and Europe will be delivered within 2-10 days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to all other countries may take up to 21 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn't been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status. Please be advised that all import duties, taxes, and any other related charges for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected upon delivery by your local customs authorities.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us within 24 hours after purchase, via team@dazydigital.com or live-chat, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed and a full refund will be provided.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Original and non-customised items may be returned within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it's undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In order to return your items please contact our customer service team via team@dazydigital.com or live-chat. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, all return shipping costs for unwanted items are the consumer's responsibility.
